Product Warranty Policy

At ReLeaf (a Brilliant Health Solutions brand), we build our orthotics and footcare products to the highest standards of durability and performance. We back the quality of our craftsmanship with a 6-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

1. What Is Covered (Warranty Coverage)

We warrant to the original purchaser that all off-the-shelf orthotics and orthotic accessories purchased through footreleaf.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects such as:

• Premature top-cover peeling, cracking, or delamination.
• Structural collapse or snapping of the supportive arch shell under normal use.
• Defective stitching, seam failures, or faulty bonded materials.

If a product proves defective within six months of normal use, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge with the same or equivalent model.

2. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual smoothing, bottom-sole wear, or cosmetic fading over extended daily use.
• Misuse or Alteration: Modifications made beyond normal sizing trimming (such as severe cutting into structural arch support shells, exposure to extreme heat, chemical damage, machine washing, or pet damage).
• Accidents or Improper Care: Damage caused by improper cleaning methods, harsh detergents, or neglect.
• Fit or Comfort Preferences: Dislike of comfort, arch height, or fit choice after the initial 30-Day Comfort Guarantee window has passed.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Gather Required Details: Locate your original order number, contact details, and take 1 to 2 clear photographs showing the affected area or defect.

2. Contact Support: Email our team at Help@brillianthsolutions.com or call 931-300-2416 with the subject line 'Warranty Claim - Order #[Your Order Number]'.

3. Claim Review: Our quality assurance team will inspect your photos within 2 business days. If approved, we will ship a replacement pair directly to you at no additional cost. We may request that the defective product be shipped back for quality testing using a provided prepaid shipping label.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brilliant Health Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Replacements provided under this warranty do not extend or restart the original 6-month warranty period.
